Article 1 (Application of Terms)

  5. Users who wish to change or cancel their registration must follow the procedures specified by us through various notification methods.

Article 4 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When requested by a user to disclose personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act, we will promptly disclose the information after confirming the request is from the user (or notify the user if such information does not exist). However, this does not apply when we are not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.

Article 5 (Correction and Suspension of Personal Information)

When a user requests correction of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act because the information is not true, or requests suspension of use because the information is being handled beyond the published purposes or was collected by deceptive or improper means, we will confirm the request is from the user, conduct necessary investigation promptly, correct or suspend use of the personal information based on the results, and notify the user. Article 6 (Cancellation of User Registration)

  1. We may cancel a user's registration without prior notice in the following cases:
    • Violation of these terms

  2. The exclusive court of first instance for disputes related to these terms shall be the Yokohama District Court or Kawasaki Summary Court.

We are not responsible for the following:

  1. Completeness, accuracy, safety, usefulness, etc. of all matters related to this service
  2. Damages suffered by users from various contents provided by this service, newsletters distributed by us, etc.
  3. Troubles between users related to this service
  4. Troubles related to content and services of websites linked from our website
  5. Damages arising from users' computer, network, software environment, etc.
  6. Damages to users due to suspension, interruption, or changes to this service

Copyright

  1. All rights (ownership, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, etc.) relating to all text, photographs, videos, audio, and other copyrighted works, portraits, characters, marks, and other information (collectively "Content") in newsletters belong to us or the content providers who own such rights.
  2. Users shall not acquire any rights to the Content and shall not engage in any acts that infringe on rights related to the Content.
  3. If problems arise due to violations of the preceding paragraph, users shall resolve such problems at their own expense and responsibility and shall not cause any trouble or damage to us.
